Does the AI tutor just give my child the answers?
No. Mi, our AI tutor, asks what your child has already tried, offers hints, and walks through each step with guiding questions. The goal is understanding, not answer delivery.
Which curriculum do you follow?
Math Intelligence Mi maps to Ontario and other Canadian provinces, U.S. state standards and common international curricula. You pick the curriculum when you add a child, and lessons realign automatically.
How do you know what level my child is at?
Every new student can take a short 'Find Your Math Level' diagnostic. It produces a math profile with strengths, gaps and a recommended learning path.
Are the live tutors verified?
Yes. Every tutor is identity-checked, background-screened and reviewed for subject qualifications before appearing in the marketplace.
Is my child safe in the community areas?
Community spaces are age-banded and moderated, with reporting, blocking and content filtering. There is no unrestricted private messaging between minors, and parents control access.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime, from your parent dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at your next billing date.
